PSPA Act 2024
Punjab Saaf Pani Authority Act
The Punjab Saaf Pani Authority Act, 2024 establishes the comprehensive legal and institutional framework governing the Authority's mandate. The Act ensures safe, sustainable, and equitable access to clean drinking water across Punjab through principles of transparent governance, institutional accountability, and public service delivery. It reconstitutes the erstwhile Punjab Aab-e-Pak Authority into Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA), empowering it to operate at scale and in alignment with provincial development priorities.
